    I recently started Transcendental Meditation. I have tried other types of meditation before but never really stuck with it. This time, and maybe it was paying £400 for the training but I’ve stuck with it for 4 months now, twice a day 20 mins each time, and I love it. It restores me to sanity, calms me, smooths the jagged edges of stress and anxiety. I’m so grateful for this practice.
