I’ve recently carried out a feedback exercise and quickly discovered that it’s not always easy to get clients to commit to filling out a form. So, I used a mixture of methods – I left hardcopy questionnaires for some, sent electronic forms to others and simply asked some the questions over a coffee. I also included asking for a quote from each client that I can use on my website and / social media – a great marketing tool.
Yes, JulieG, I’ve found the same. Even when you give the product in return for a review it can be hard to get the review! I ask for feedback from every client, and always email online clients for feedback, its a balancing act just how many times you can for it. However, testimonials are great for encouraging trust in you and your products which is why I keep on asking.
